Frequently asked questions about Multi Battery Monitor.

A device's battery level may not be transmitted reliably, or the device may not respond, if any of the following applies:
- Battery optimization is still active for the app – disable it in the app settings under Reliable Battery Levels.
- You have a Huawei device and haven't allowed the app to run in the background. In the app settings, tap Manufacturer Settings, then Open Settings, then Battery Usage Details, then Launch Settings. Set the following:
- ON Launch automatically
- ON Allow secondary launch
- ON Run in background
- OFF Restrict unnecessary launches to save battery
- The device has no internet connection or is switched off.

Install Multi Battery Monitor on the other device from the Google Play Store and sign in with the same email address or Google account. The device will then appear automatically in your device list.

- Low battery notifications are only supported from the Pro plan onwards.
- You may not have granted notification permission on this device – check this in the app settings under Notifications.

Actively sending a device's battery level is only supported from the Pro plan onwards.

- The app is not installed on the device.
- You are not signed in to your account on the device.
- You are signed in to a different account on the device.
